Sasha by Lynn and Brian / Lynn and Brian

Sasha was the sweetest little puppy I’ve ever seen. She was our baby girl. Though she was only with us for a short time she had my heart from the second I picked her up and held her in my arms, a little mutt bought on a street corner in Korea where I was visiting my boyfriend Brian. We picked her out from a box full of puppies, but she was special, there was something different about her that set her apart.

She was tiny, a little black fuzzy baby with a bit of white on her chin and chest. And more than anything she loved to give kisses, whenever she could, she would cover everyone around her with kisses, whether they protested or not. She was so loving. Though she is no longer with us, I know that she is in heaven, where dog biscuits grow on trees, the weather is always warm, and she can pee wherever she wants. And where, as Brian said, there is a stepladder to help her reach the couch.

Brian and I will love her forever, and she will always be in our hearts. Not many people seem to understand how she could be so much more than just a pet to us, but she was, she was so much more, she was like an angel that God gave us, at least for a little while, and she brought so much love and happiness into our lives.

Brian was the one who raised her, and she adored him. Though I myself couldn’t be there with them for long she still had both of our hearts. She was ours, and she was loved , and will always be loved whether she be on Earth, or in her new home in Heaven, where she is now one of God’s sweetest and spunkiest little angels.

To Our Little Sasha,
Sasha
