Dear Max,
We had you for nine years but it seems like it was yesterday that we brought you home. You were a part of our family not just a pet. The day we had to let you go was one of the hardest things that we have ever had to do. We will miss your smile when you got your ears scratched and your belly rubbed. We will miss your bark hello and your tail wagging when you were happy. The house seems so empty with out you there. We know that you are not in pain anymore. I know you are in that special place that we talked about before you left. Waiting for that special sound to let you know that one of us is there with tennis ball in hand.
You are in our hearts forever.
Love Forever,
