Dear Kitty,
Your Daddy & I miss you so very much. We worry about you and often wonder what happened to you. We just want you to know that we had to move. As you know your Dad is in the Army and it was time for us to change our duty station. We know the move was stressful on you & Lucky. Your Daddy thought that you would be okay if he took you on a walk that night at the hotel, you always did act more like a dog then a cat! Your Dad always regrets his decision to take you on a walk, I don’t know how you got out of your leash.
I wish you could have seen how upset Daddy was when you ran away, I had never seen him so upset. We looked for you all night and the following morning. I thought maybe because you had a microchip, we had a better chance of finding you. We are still waiting for someone to call and say that they found you. I will never forget the day you came into our lives! It was so typical of you to be found climbing a tree on the median in the middle of the road. You had to have only been 3 or 4 weeks old. You slept in between your Dad & I from that night on.
Remember how you would beg for food at the table? Or how you would take a bath with your brother Beylen? We had a chance to go back to Oklahoma, and your Dad & I went back to where we last saw you and called out your name. Wherever you are Kitty, I hope that you are happy! Your Dad and I lay in bed at night and talk about you and how you used to make us laugh. We miss you so much! We understand if you felt you had to go on your own and be independent. We just want you to know that we miss you and we love you.
I know one of these days we will be reunited, I don’t know where or when, but your Dad, your brothers, and I will never stop waiting for you!
Love Always & Forever,
| Mr. Kitty |
