My dearest Daphne, It’s only been a few weeks since you’ve left me to go to the Rainbow Brigde, but it seems like “forever”. My heart aches so much yet and I miss everything about you so much I haven’t (yet) even been able to clean out the last (little) enclosure that you were in, when you had passed away so peacefully. Though you’ll always live on in my memories, I can’t describe just how much I’d love (or what I’d do)to see your beautiful, trusting & loving little face and your experience your affection (which was sometomes amusing, as you were often quite entertaining, but always loving) again, because you had brought me so much joy and happiness. Your (too short) life just meant and gave so much to me as you were the true “light” of my life, and it is with an aching heart that I (as well as several other of your human “friends” whom had met you) bid you good bye & “sweet dreams”.
