We are missing you ever so very much.
However, we are so glad you are out of pain and free now.
We are so sorry you got so sick. We did the best that we could. We know, you know.
It was so hard saying goodbye, wasn’t it?
You were very strong and brave. Must have been the stubborn Beagle in you! You held on where even the Vet and the lab techs could not believe it!
That was our boy!
You went very fast, even though you must have suffered more than you ever let on.
Well old friend/companion/protector and canine son, you brought much joy and love to us. We are glad we had every bit of the time we had with you. You drove us crazy at times… but, we loved you oh more than
you could have ever imagined.
I think you knew that in the end, as we were all there for you, loving you and trying to make you more comfortable.
You will be in our hearts forever, and ever.
So, so long for now, Bailey. I know you will always be near, keeping an eye on us and awaiting the day
that we will all be together again.
