You were the sunshine of our lives, precious little man. You were so incredibly special–not just because you were our dog. You were one of God’s elite canines!
Everybody loved you, Snuggle. You were such a people magnet! And you were such a good boy. You never so much as snapped at a person in your life. You were so gentle and loving. You were so tolerant of people and situations. And you were so incredibly cute (handsome!), even at the ripe old age of 18! Remember when we were camping, one week before your 18th birthday, and that woman said to you, “Look at that cute puppy!”
It’s been 5-1/2 months since we had to say goodbye to you. It still amazes us how hard losing you has been and how much we still miss you. That’s because you gave us so much. You took such good care of us and loved us unconditionally. What joy and happiness
you brought to our lives!
We were truly blessed to have had you for so long, Snuggle. We had so many wonderful years together, and we know how lucky we were!
We look forward to the day when we will see you again. Until then, sweetheart …
