Shelby will be forever missed. Dying at such a short age the eve before Thanksgiving after being diagnosed with Leukemia at 5 yrs old. Although she was small in size the hole in our hearts she left behind will never be filled. This memorial is our eternal tribute a testament to the endless, unselfish love she transmitted to everyone
she embarked upon.
Shelby’s favorite routine would be to bring papa his slipper, then another, and before long she had the bedroom floor picked up. Shelby was a confident dog who never seemed to know her size and probably thought she was a great dane the way she would stand up to those bigger than her. Even her bark was bigger than she was. She is in a Cemetery on Cape Cod Mass. We hope that she has found the happiness that will last forever as the memories we hold for her will.
