My sweet little Peanut,
Your mother brought you, and your brothers, and sister somehow to me to catch. And I did one by one with a humane trap, even your little Mom. But all of you were so afraid, and you my little Peanut, and your other little brother just wouldn’t let any of us touch you. I kept all of you in the house because it was so cold, but when spring came I had to catch you again one by one to have
all of you spayed or neutered.
The lady was so great in loaning the humane traps because all of you except your Mom was so feral. But my sweet Peanut somehow you were so kind even though you were so scared. But when I had all of you spayed, and neutered I knew it was time to let you go because you were still feral. But somehow all of you stayed close by as I fed all of you, and fixed places outside to keep you warm when the winter came upon us again.
But somehow you started leaving, and today I found you not far from home where someone had hit you with their car. They never gave you a break, because I know they could have seen you with you being white with big black spots. I had went to the store, and it had to happen in the time I was there and coming home, because I found you on the side of the road so close to home.
I know my heart is breaking for you even though you were my little feral. You stayed close by, and you played with your brothers, and sisters in my yard. I will miss you my Peanut, and know even though all of you are farel you still should be loved because you didn’t asked to be born. Peanut I love you my sweet little one. You’ll never be forgotten.
Goodnight My Precious One,
