I rescued 3 Mom cats and didn’t know they were pregnant. The kittens were born in my room. I was evicted by my ex husband and took them all (14) and my other cats (8) with me to my friend’s house. He had two sister cats that were with kittens and we contacted every place we could. It was kitten season and the alternative was the Pound. I fought hard to keep these guys and to adopt them out. I ended up sleeping in my car and had to let this “sympathetic” person take them to the Animal Shelter. I will never ever let that happen again. I am beside myself with sorrow and guilt. I simply had no choice. Had I known, I would have let them run free. I cannot tell you how sick I feel. I am so sorry. TO: Otis, eatball, Licorice, Pretty Girl, Moms, Abbey, 2 Little Greys, and Lucy and the kittens inside her…I will always love you and never forget you. PLEASE forgive me.
