You were the dog-child at my best friends side. You were the star in her sky. You made her so happy and for this I thank you. I’m sorry I was afraid to come to say goodbye. My unsettled heart has somehow been quieted since you’ve passed. I am relieved to know my girl is safe now in your presence. Lead the way Otis, take Noel and run and play and be at peace together.
