Kelly was my baby, she was the first pet I ever owned. We got her just before I turned two, I got to name her any everything. About 5 years ago she had a stroke, and I raised her back to health. I sat and bottle fed her, I slept with her and I loved her. This past year she again got really sick she developed this sore that would never heal right… it would get better and almost be gone just to come back again in a week. She would hardly eat… and she lost all kinds of weight.
I would sit and hold her for hours on end, just so she would know i was there. I don’t think she could see very well and she had very selective hearing. After awhile we knew it was time… and so Saturday June 23 we let my baby go, But she will always be here in my heart. She will always
know she is loved.
