Goodby my sweet little Dustin. You were the most precious little boy kitty; always so happy and nuzzling. Even though you were sick almost every day of your life, you were so happy, and gave us so much joy.
We were so shocked when you didn’t live through the procedure the vet said would help us know how to cure you.
I am so sorry if it hastened your death. But now, you are spreading joy and kitty smooches all over heaven, I am sure.
You will always be in our hearts. I love you still, and always, and hope to join you someday.
Your friend Lulu got adopted the same night that you went to heaven. I told her. I am sure you knew. I gave her your blanket at her new home and she was comfortable, laying on it right away.
