Bubba, you were brought into our family with a job to do (being Dakota’s best buddy). A job you knew how to do with excellence from the first day you graced his presence. You were a great dog (the best dog I ever personally had), a great friend and we easily considered you part of our family without a doubt!
You were magical, everyone that ever got the pleasure to meet you instantly got to see your abundant and abounding love. You will never be forgotten, you will always be the extra little flutter of my heart! You certainly set the standard quite high for future paws to be filled, far beyond the reach of any dog I know!
Someday, I promise, I will give another dog a chance to be part of our family along with Forrest, but until then, I am content, remembering “My Bubbaroo”.
You are home with me now and I have created a new throne for you, fit only for “The King”. I also made a shadow box of all things to remember you by, I will keep all close to me so that I can glance up and remember you for always!
Be waiting for me at the Rainbow Bridge, for when I arrive, I will surely want to stroke your soft ears, whisper “I Love You, Bubbaroo” and give you a kiss!
