I adopted Spencer as a 5 week old kitten abandoned in a front yard and picked up by the police and taken to my vet. He was a wonderful addition to our family and welcomed all newcomers. He loved to “kiss the girls” and make them cry.
At 13 he developed a large tumor in his abdomen and was given only months to live after surgery. The tumor had returned with a vengence and in Aug. as I held him my vet administered to his passing. He slipped quietly and peacefully away.
