Charlie was found as a stray in November of 2009, fragile, emaciated and suffering from a torn ACL. We put weight on him and nursed him through surgery and then into his own home. In September 2012, he came back to us, again fragile and emaciated. Again we nursed him back to health and loved him, but the ravages of time and too many years without good care took their toll on this spirited but sweet little man. Today with heavy hearts and out of miracles, we had to say good-bye.
