Buddy, I miss you so much, it’s so hard to believe your gone. I feel so lost and alone without you. You were rescued after being thrown from a van and had to learn to trust and love again. You rescued me, you gave more love and companionship and security than I deserved. I said you were your mama’s treasure. Papaw misses you chasing him and showing your bad little self, mamaw misses rubbing your ears and your kisses, she misses checking on you thru the day. The vet said you were between 16-18 years old. The day I had to put you to sleep was the hardest thing I have ever done, I told you that when you closed your eyes and saw my face for the last time the next face you would see would be Jesus and he would be so happy to have you home. You were a magnificent and awesome creature. I am so blessed to have had you in my life. Remember, mama loves you a bushel and a peck, a hug around your neck and all the way to Heaven and back. I love you and miss you with all my heart Buddy dog but one day we will be together again.
