I can still remember the day that I picked you out from all of the other kittens at the animal shelter. You were the smallest of the kittens there and came over to us before any of the others, so that was a sign you were for us. So I picked you up and held you in my arms for the first time and you purred, so that meant you chose us as well. You were a unique cat that had many sweet traits and gave me many years of happiness and companionship, because you also, were such a loving, loyal, intelligent, affectionate and beautiful cat. You loved being around us and always were content relaxing at home. You gave me unconditional love no matter what,and expected little in return except to be loved and cared for. You were definitely one of the family like everyone else.
I loved taking care of you to show you how much you meant to me and I know that you loved me also and appreciated all that I did for you. I can’t express enough how much I miss seeing you in all of your favourite spots; the feel and scent of your soft fur, having you go for our daily walks outiside, and you jumping up to catch the maple tree seeds that fluttered like helicopters in the air towards you, and your everyday antics that made you unique also. I know this memorial tribute can only show a bit of the overall love I have for you and that you gave me. The endless memories of you along with many pictures and your videos will make sure you will always be loved and remembered. We all love and miss you very much Lucky,
and we will be reunited again!
