Suddenly We Were Robbed Of Many Years Together~ Buddy’s Life was Taken Due To one Senseless,& Careless Action made buy A neighboor’s 10 Year Old Child. Buddy died from strangulation resulting from twine being wrapped around his throat instead of to the ring on his collar. This Tradegy was preventible and incidents of this nature should never have Happened
