Meka

IN MEMORY OF MEKA,
A part of me died today, as I put my dog to rest…
Anyone who knew her, knew she was the best…..
Her name was Meka and she sure did love to play….
And when I wasn’t feeling good, by my side she’d stay………

Then the day my Meka, wasn’t feeling very good……
I was right there by her side,
because I always understood…….
Rushed off to the vet, begged him to help her out……….
She was having seizures, what was this all about………

Not even out of my truck, I was holding her so tight…….
My precious Meka, everything will be alright……….
The vet began to tell us,
that her heartbeat was really bad……….
I chose to put her to sleep, today was very sad…….

I brought my Meka home, and here she’s laid to rest……….
I miss you so much Meka, to us you were the best!!!!!
