Dear God,
Badger was so special.
The death of this beautiful animal
has left me empty and depressed.
Please help me bridge this paralyzing time
with the memories of the joys we shared.
Let me always focus on the delight
he brought to my life.
Animals are such a wonderful part
of the world you created, and
the loss of this one will be with me always.
I will share my life with many pets,
but the memories of this one
will never be replaced.
