Malaki
Walking by the dogs not knowing I’d find you,
Your cute brown eyes looking at me,
Something inside me said pick him,
A warm sensation filled my heart.
I brought you home,
Gave you a bed and food,
You chewed on some shoes,
Socks went missing.
You tugged and pulled on my sleeve wanting to play,
Your cute puppy wine filled the room,
You jump and played on my bed,
You layed your head down by mine.
You loved that blue teady bear,
Throwing it in the air and catching it,
Jumping up and down,
Chasing your tail.
Playing that sunny day,
Not knowing those were the last pictures I’d take of you,
In split seconds you were in pain,
You were in so much pain I had to let you go.
You were so playful,
So energetic,
Now your not in pain,
Will miss that puppy wine.
