Kitten

I will never forget the day me and my friend went to the pet shop

and saw the two kittens in the cage. I begged my mom for the little

black and gray kitten my friend saw a fluffy white cat she was trying to

beg my mom to tell her mom to get it but it did not work.

Well when we got back in the car a song was playing so we started to

make up words about the kittens we were annoying my mom and my sister

but we did not mind. About two days later my mom was picking us up

from school and they bought us happy meals they took out the

food and put the tiny kitty in there and gave it to me.

I opened it and there it was my friend was jealous.

Then about a month later I was going to bed and Raskal wanted

up on the bed so I put him on the covers then went to bed.

My bed was against the wall and there was a crack and then a box that

was under my bed. That night Raskal fell and in the morning

me and my sister couldn’t find him. Then my sister looked under the bed

and Raskal’s neck was broke.

My mom and my sister took him to the vet and put him to sleep.

I cried for nearly a week I could not stop. The vet sent me a card and

a poem and from this ( I was 8 now I’m 13)day I still cry.

Now I have a new cat Prince he is spoiled his birthday is June 23

and he is having a party.

I will always remember Raskal and Prince helps me because

he acts like Raskal would probably spoiled sweet playful

lets just say the perfect kitten.

Raskal will always be in my memories

and my heart.

Love you always Raskal,

Priscilla
