Goodbye my wonderful cat Pudsey. Put to sleep yesterday morning to end your suffering, you leave a gaping hole in my life.
You came into my life in 1999 as a young cat when you were abandoned by your ‘owners’, my neighbours, who moved house leaving you behind. At first I was reluctant to take you in, but over these 14 years you showed you were the most loving, affectionate, trusting, loyal, contented and appreciative companion. All my friends loved you and you were so friendly, cuddly and sociable. Stretched out by the fire, frolicking in the garden or rolling on your back in joy, you were a source of comfort, pleasure and fun for us all.
I will miss you, Pudsey. You were my lovely boy. Sleep tight my little one; you were much much loved and will never be forgotten. I was blessed when you came along into my life.
