Tuff by Rebecca Brown

Tuff (Tuffey) was brought home shortly after finding out our first child was on his way into this world. You were so little when you came home in daddy’s coat pocket. You had a first rough encounter with your soon to be partner in crime. She tried to kill you more than once. She (Adalida) loved you though and you guys were never apart. You turned out to be an amazing companion and one of the best dogs I have ever had. You are so missed in our home. It feels so empty without you here. I miss coming home to you faithfully waiting. Hearing “mama’s dawg”” telling us how much you missed us. You were a loyal companion who was always by my side (literally). No matter what happened you were always there for us! You truly put the meaning in man’s best friend. The kids were your kids and you watched over them so well. We ALL miss you so very much Tuff dawg. I know you’re in a better place where you can run and be happy without any pain. It doesn’t change that our home feels so empty without you. We miss every part of everything you brought to our family. Our home will never be the same without you but, we have wonderful memories of the 14 1/2 years you were apart of our lives. Saying goodbye was never as hard as it was with you buddy boy!
