Bear was a loyal and devoted friend.
She was at my side all of her life.
She protected me from harm and
all of life’s disasters.
She was brave to the end.
She gave me 17 of the best years
I could have ever had.
I miss her terribly.
She was a flea covered ball of fuzz.
The day I rescued her from near death
at only 7 weeks old and she repaid me
with the greatest love I could imagine.
I know she is in doggie heaven
just having a good old time
running and jumping and waiting for me…
