We brought Winston in 1990, a very small,shy looking puppy with big floppy golden ears….we had fallen in love already with him. Winston was a golden retriever who touched the lives of many , we were sure he felt your every emotion and his compassion,loyalty shined through.
If you were ever sad or unwell he would sit by you and gently place his fluffy golden paw on your arm. To us Winston was a person and his loss has had a great impact on us all. We thank him for bringing so much love and joy into our lives, we will never forget you winnie. Sadly we lost Winston on the 26/3/04, he was 14yrs, a good scout, how do you say goodbye to a best friend and wonderful companion.
My family and I miss him dearly.
