Bully-Man came into our lives on July 5th, 1994, I will never forget the day we brought him home..He was a stocky Jack Russell Terrier, tri-colored and had a perfect Mickey Mouse ears down his left side…When he was three months old, we discovered he had epilepsy, we were devastated, but we loved him so much, we decided to care for him and treat him normal as possible, unless he started having major difficulties…

On Feb. 17th 1995 my twin granddaughters were born, and pretty soon I had two puppies and two granddaughters all being toddlers together, in fact for the first two years of Whitley and Kayla’s life, they thought they were puppies, they all played together, ate together(yes the twins would also eat out of the puppies bowls, but since I cooked for them, it was okay…but Kayla loved to crawl around for hours
with pig ears in her mouth..

From the very start Bully worshiped Whitley, they were like glue to each other, and as the years passed they all grew up together and he was so devoted to her..He would do all types of tricks for Whitley and he was very protective of her…Around his eighth year, he started having more seizures and was on medication twice a day.. He loved to play ball, and he was a great hunter, he took down squirrels, possums, snakes, frogs, and was he ever fast, he could run like the wind..In his tenth year, the seizures had taken a toll, Bully went to heaven and we miss him so so much…It has been a difficult time for Whitley, she loved him with a special love that you only once in your life with a pet…

So this story is about a little Jack Russell Terrier and a wonderful granddaughter that took his heart and loved her so unconditionally, we all know Bully will be waiting for us one sunny day, but when he sees Whitley, that tail will wag, those eyes will shine, and he will have that ball in his mouth waiting for her to throw it..
