You were the first dog I ever loved. My heart is broken, my life is not the same without you in it. You were my boy, my lovey dovey, my heart. Oh, please forgive me, I didn’t want you to suffer or loose your dignity. It would have been selfish of me to prolong it, even though I didn’t want you to go. I love you. I did it for you. You were such a good boy, so loving, so gentle, so beautiful. Always smiling and giving your kisses so freely. Always begging for the cookies that you loved so much, always hogging the bed and stealing the covers. I miss you so much, I will never forget you till the day that I die. Your ashes will be with mine.
