We only had you for a brief time it seemed, and 16 years is longer than many are granted, but it still seems way too short. We let you go home to run with your sister in the sunshine the other day, and we miss you so terribly, but you already know that. Our pain will get better with time we know and just knowing you are playing like you did when you were a young pup is worth the pain. We’ll meet you both at the bridge someday – Look for us, we’ll be the ones with arms open wide!
