My sweet kitty came into my life during a patch I was going through my parents thought “hey maybe we should get her a cat” at first. I was worried I wouldn’t be a good pet parent? we walked into a the county shelter and I looked around forever, finally I came to the last row I had my back facing a row of kittens. I felt this tug on my blonde hair. I turned aroung and their she was my beloved angel! I feel in love I couldn’t wait to hold her I felt a love that I could have never felt with anyone.
We had some up’s and downs as we grew up she never left my side always there to cheer me up as she always did. Then came the day I left for the army and I was away for awhile. When I came home she was there waiting for me; we had a good few months until she got sick. Amy had kidney failure and liver failure I couldn’t put her through anymore so I made the hardest choice I ever had to make I wanted her not to hurt she passed away on 09/26/2012 at the age of 13.
She was an amazing friend I love her so much and I miss her I hope I gave her as much as she gave me. I will meet her when it’s my time at the other side of the rainbow bridge.
