Light A Candle in Loving Memories

I got Jeantom (pronounce with a french flair)..when he was 6 months, him and his sister. He was one of those cats that .. had that cocky attitude .. least up to the last two years..then he got lovable..but he was my cat. He slept with me when he wanted and only if he wanted.. The last year though he seemed to sleep with me nightly .. and the last six months he had to have that “closeness” sat in my lap each time I was sitting down. My best friend kept Sarah not sure if she’s still alive or not.

Jeantom was seventeen years old..old for a cat I suppose, healthy for his age. The day of the 29th, 2002.. he didn’t sit in my lap that much.. odd for him, he slept more than the usual.. when I left to go get my husband, he was on the sofa .. when I came home…… he was in the driveway.. gone…… not the way I invision him to go but, guess it was better than waking up and finding him “gone” on my pillow, his favorite place to sleep. He was a yellow tabby.. had long legs and a tail to match.. gonna miss him… do miss him..
