Always a good dog up untill her last years.
I came home from school
I asked “Why is Dad home?”
And my mom replied “BJ DIED!”
After this I was somewhat a nervous wreck
so I called my best friend for comfort.
After that my day was ruined.
I guess I never have gotten over it.
This is a kind of closing
and something to make up
for all those times
I didn’t just drop what
I was doing just
so that I could pet her.
