My dear Bulletine,
You are an intelligent friend and
with an unique character.
Thank you for your faithful services
all through these 13 years and
your loving friendship.
I cannot help thanking the Lord
for having created such lovely creatures
as cat and especially you!
In your last days your were in pain
but you hid it from us
and you had demonstrated
an assuming courage and
a strong love of life.
You will live in my heart forever.
Thank you for giving me
so much joy, so much insights and
so many reasons to give thanks…

Bullet was at Good Hope years ahead of me. I really came to know her only in March 2003. However within these 6 months a strong bond had been formed between us for I was the one to take special care of her.
I can never forget her look of content on the ironing board after her meal…but all the more I can never forget her look during her last days..
I knew something went wrong.
She would not eat and she appeared very tired and week. Yet she was ever affectionate and docile. Her submissive and full co-operative attitude in front of the vet was more than laudable. It was only then that I realized how much she had been suffering. No cry no moan, she maintained her poise up to the end.
