Bessie Boo by Shirley / Mum, Rod, Alex, Simon and Kellie
Dear Boo,
Poor mum had gone to look for a new house for you all, with plenty of garden to run about in. You seemed a bit down which we thought was due to you missing her. How I wish I had taken you to the vets before that dreadful day.
I thought you were waiting for her to come home. I awoke at 2 in the morning to find you having some kind of fit but before we could take you to the vet you were taking your last breath. Mum was inconsolable. We all were. You broke her heart when you died, but we can at least draw comfort from the fact that you didn’t suffer.
You are at peace with Sheba now.
