Tara by Vic / VRN

Well, Tara my boy, its now been a year since your passing on 20th April 2004. This was another date that I was not looking forward to after the anniversary of Pickle’s passing on 13th August 2004. I hope you are well and looking over us with Pickle and Tiger. Its been hard this last year but hopefully this anniversary can be the start of the healing process. We have no other fur children at the moment because we cannot contemplate going through all of this again but I’m sure we will at some stage but not just yet.

Take care my boy, know that we love you and look forward to seeing you again at Rainbow Bridge
in the not too distant future.

Well Pickle, my baby girl,

It’s one year since you left us on 13th August 2003. I have dreaded this date arriving but it’s finally here. It doesn’t seem that long since you left us for Rainbow Bridge. It’s been hard this past year as we also lost our Tara on 20th April 2004. It just all seems to go on and on.

I know that you, Tara and Tiger who we lost in 1996 are now back to full health and being looked after by Nan, Grandfather and the others who have passed over. I also know that you are all looking over us and that we receive subtle signs from time to time and take great comfort from that. We still look for you in the house but it’s so empty without you now.

I know that you won’t mind us taking in some new fur children at some time in the future. They could never replace you but it would allow us to be able to give our love and attention to others who might not otherwise receive it.

Take care my baby, and know that we love you and cannot wait for the day that we are all finally reunited.

Tiger by VRN / VRN

Tiger first came into our lives in 1986. He was someone else’s cat but he chose to visit us and always stayed in our garden. We eventually took him in as our own and he proved to be one of the most loving and gentle of cats. He liked nothing better than a cuddle and playing in the garden. The last year of his life involved constant visits to the vet for injections to control Gingivitis. Eventually in January 1996 time took its toll and Tiger was laid to rest after almost 10 years with us.

Rest in peace my boy. We know you are now back to full health and await our arrival on Rainbow Bridge. Look out for Pickle & Tara who have also joined you since your passing. We cannot wait for the day that we are all finally re-united.

Tara by Vic / Vic

You were sleeping on our doorstep when we took you in as our own cat in November 1995. The picture of you above is how you looked at this time before you got older. This must be how you look again now.
No cysts, no tumours, no flea mite allergy.

Although you were initially number three cat behind Pickle and Tiger, you didn’t mind this at all as you knew that you lived in a home where you were wanted and cared for. In return you were the most loving and gentle of cats, never once biting or scratching in all the time you were with us.

Tiger passed in Jan 1996 and then Pickle in Aug 2003. For the last 8 months of your life you experienced what it was like to be number one cat and you loved it. Your personality changed and you became even more loving and
a lot more vocal.

Since your passing the house is so empty. We miss you greatly my Tara just as we miss Pickle and Tiger.

You are all number one cats now on Rainbow Bridge.

We cannot wait for the day that we are all finally re-united again for eternity.

Tara by Vic / Vic

Tara was an unwanted tom cat who came to us in 1995. He was in bad health due to neglect but we sorted this out and he lived with our other two cats Tiger and Pickle. He was a loving cat who always liked his food, a cuddle, a brush and a stroke. Time finally caught up with him and he was put to sleep today due to liver tumours at 16 years of age.

Wait for us at Rainbow Bridge my boy and make sure you bring Tiger and Pickle with you.

Cannot wait for the day that we all meet again.

Pickle was our little girl who brightened our lives for 17 years. She was dearly loved and is greatly missed. Wait for us at the Bridge, my darling, and make sure you bring Tiger, our little boy who passed over 7 years before you.

Cannot wait for the day that we all meet again.
