My Darling Billie,
A year ago today we said goodbye to you & it was such a difficult day. You had kept your illness quiet & only let us know at the very end, when there was nothing we could do to save you. I just hope you were not in pain for a long time.
Cornflake & I chose you in July 2001 to cheer us up after losing our darling Bandit. You came home, along with your mommy, because you were so attached to her that you couldn’t be adopted separately. Unfortunately, your mommy died the following week and you were left alone with me and Cornflake. Shortly after, I brought home Gimil and the two of you became inseparable.
You were the sweetest and most loving little girl. All you wanted was to be petted and loved. You were the tiniest of all the kitties in the home but you could hold your own. You may have had the quietest, squeakiest meow but you spoke up! You had a particularly special bond with your little boy, Gimli.
It broke my heart to let you go and I hope you know how much you were loved. You will be forever missed.
