It’s now goodbye
But not forever.
One day we’ll be together
You and I so don’t you cry.
You carried me from the pet store
Although you shall never carry me anymore.
You’ll always have a place in my heart
As I was in yours from the start.
Even thought I was the smallest pet
When I was sick you took me to the vet.
I had an illness I could not be good.
I looked into your eyes
I’m glad you understood.
Don’t let your heart bare this pain
Remember once we’ll meet again.
“You where the smallest pet I’d seen
And through the years
a good friend you have been.”
The last word wispered in my ear.
“I love you Boman” yes I hear.
You lift me up and
plant on my head the last kiss.
Don’t let your heart be sad because you miss.
I feel so sleepy
hold me in your hand into you
You did the best things
you could for me thats true
And beside me you fell asleep
I never woke but again we’ll meet.
You know my life have been rich.
I’ll see you again at the rainbow bridge
