Our Bonnie was a beautiful black and rust doberman or as our daughter would say “a doberwoman” . We got her when she was 5 unfortunately she had been neglected by her previous family. We gave her what every pet deserves a good home and lots of love and hugs and kisses. It took a while but after about 6 months she got to where she trusted us completely and would even roll on her back and let us give her a tummy and chest rub. She loved and watched over all of us like we were her pups especially our daughter Nicole. Her and our other dog Smokey became the best of friends inseperable as Forest Gump would say “they were like peas and carrots”. Bonnie had 6 wonderful years with us full of good times she loved walks playtime in the yard hanging out eating and snacking but most of all she loved being patted and hugged. She was a velcro dog and always near us so she could watch over us and keep us safe. Bonnie is in heaven now we miss her a lot. We will always love and fondly remember our Bon Bon. I try to start each day by waving to her in heaven and saying “Good morning my precious girl”. Bonnie have fun playing with all the other fur babies I will be there to join you one day.
