My darling Bucky
Oh how I miss you. My heart is breaking as I write this. Just this morning we had to make the painful decision to put you to sleep. You were and always will be my best friend. I’ll never forget when daddy brought you home to our childless home. (I know you might have preferred it to stay that way but after 3 kids you adapted well.) You were so frightened because of that horrible home you came from. How people can mistreat an animal I’ll never know. You grew to love us and we you. We spoiled you to no end and loved every minute of the 16 yrs. that we had you. You brought much joy and love to us and the children. There are 3 children here that are missing you so much that it is breaking my heart! I never dreamed it would hurt this much. My precious Bucky the corner of my room in the morning won’t seem right without you there ready to follow me wherever I go. And the top of the stairs will seem empty where you always waited for me until I come home.
I will ALWAYS love you!!! You will NEVER be gone from my heart! Thank you my precious for coming into our lives and making it better. I’ll see you at the top of the stairs when it is time for me to come home to be with you.
