Phurshkins was born right here on my back porch along with 5 brothers and sisters. I tried to find them all good homes but for some reason nobody wanted this playful yellow and white kitten, so I decided that God must have meant for me to keep him.I was blessed to have been made his keeper. He was my best companion. Then when he reached the age of 10 we were suddenly given the chance to have a friend for him through a near tragic accident and that is when we took Clouse in. She was a sleek white cat who was also deaf. They played for years together until she was just as suddenly taken away.He mourned the loss of his friend just as we did. I spent the next few years making sure
he was well loved.

Then just before his 22nd birthday he was called home…I can’t help but think he was happy to go and play with his friend that he had been missing for so many years…I know she had been waiting for him and they are to this day running through the Rose Gardens waiting for me.

Loved and Missed,
