Dear Lord,
You received Charlie on Friday and
I know that you made him healthy again.
I did the best that I could for him
but it wasn’t good enough.
I want to thank you for the years
that you allowed me to love Charlie and care for him.
Please make sure
that Chancer, Katie and Maxx catch up with him,
because I don’t want him to be
by himself ever.
