Prayer for Pets
When our faithful companions and friends
depart this earth and our embrace,
We pray they find refuge in that kingdom on high where
angels grant mercy and grace,
May Gideon from his lofty bench find them guiltless
and deserving of rewards,
Bestowing upon them the perfect serenity
only the eternal court affords.
