On October 19, 2002,
we made the decision to help
my Mickey boy pass
It will be one year very soon.
Mickey was the cutest little cat (to me);
not many other people thought so.
As you can see from his picture,
he was a grey/white tabby.
He had a brown marking on his
nose and people would say he
looked like Jimmy Durante.
I didn’t care. To me he was
a sweet boy. Mickey came to live
with us and Minnie. We were
happy together. I remember how
he used to jump up on my dresser
day and night, wanting me to get up.
I used to love to sit and just
stare at him and Minnie, especially
when they would clean each other.
What a beautiful thing.
Mick, I am thankful that you
and I had a special relationship.
There will be flowers for you,
Mickey, just like we had for your sister Minnie.
