I am not your Mom but I will always remember you running down some woodsy trail ahead of us. You always had to be in the lead and if we changed course you would run like mad to get ahead of us like the joyful leader you were. You are the only dog my cat, Beggar, ever trusted. He knew you would never hurt him and in your gentle wisdom you just let him alone . I’ll never forget your sweet and gentle brown eyes or your patience with the silliness of humans. Good-bye my brave & loving friend. Life will never be the same without you.
