I only lost you today, but it already seems like forever. You were the best friend, family member anyone could ever have. You loved me as much as I love you. I’ll miss waking up in the morning with you staring me in the face waiting for food. The house will be so empty coming home from work without you waiting at the door when you hear my keys in the lock. I’ll miss you laying your head in my lap when I sit down on the couch.
I’ll miss you using your paw on my face to get my attention. Most of all I’ll miss you not being here. Rest in peace my beautiful Peabo.
You gave me 17 wonderful years.
