Harry the Miniature Schnauzer puppy came into our lives in December 1995. He very quickly won my heart and became my best friend and soul mate through thick and thin. Harry was the most loving and beautiful dog and was always so happy. He went through a lot in his short life and fought bravely through everything. His last battle came very quickly in December 2002 when he was diagnosed with cancer. We tried so hard to fight it together but it had spread and we couldn’t win this fight.
So with great dignity and love we decided to let Harry go to sleep and suffer no more on January 26th 2003. I held him tightly and he looked into my eyes and he fell asleep. Words can never express just how deeply you are affected by this, you know its right and Harry really couldn’t win that fight but it still hurts ever so much. There isn’t a day goes by when I don’t think of Harry and what a huge part of my life he was. However I can now smile when I think of him and be happy that we had 7 years together. I also know when my time comes he will
be waiting at Rainbows Bridge for me.
Goodnight God Bless, Harry.
