My Loving Lexi was with me for just 2 short years. In those years we were best of friends and she was my precious little baby girl. She had many struggles health wise and
she bravely fought strong through them all.
She was originally thought to have a liver disorder but we triumphed through it together. She then was diagnosed with a brain disease last March and she fought so hard and strong to come through that ordeal as well just so that she could be with me during a difficult transition
I was going through.
It broke my heart to have to put her to sleep last Sept. 9th, 2003, but I could not stand to see her continue to fight as she began to suffer from seizures due to the brain disease advancement. She was a tough little 3# dog and had more love and affection than any human I know. For being so small she knew how to make herself known and was loved by all who met her. She loved to go shopping in her kennel with me and
loved to have her belly rubbed.
My heart breaks to think that she is no longer with me but I pray that she is in a comfortable place and with God -where she no longer has to fight so hard and endure the struggles that she had here on earth and where she can enjoy endless bowls of popcorn with her friend Terra.
I will always love you Lexi Girl. You are my baby girl-my family and my sweetie heart. I long for the day when we will be together again and
can be cuddle bunnies once more.
I LOVE YOU, Sweet Pea!
You are the best girl!! I miss you.
