Dearest Betsy,
Two years have gone by since you crossed Rainbow Bridge, and I still think of you every day. I remember how much fun we had when we took you camping in our old trailer. You didn’t want to be apart from either Daddy or me, so you started the night in one bunk, and switched sometime during the night for the other!
Our trip to Loon Lake was when you really got to swim…and how you loved it! Remember the “bone” that the nice fellow in the campsite whittled your name on? We still have it.
The picnics that had, eating peanut butter sandwiches by the lake, so very dear to me in my memories of you. Your life was only 10 years, and I still feel as if you were “stolen” from us.
I wish we could turn back the clock, sweetheart.
Mummy loves you, baby. You were the best !
