Chloe by Judy Nussbaum / Judy Nussbaum, your mom

My Beloved Chloe

I didn’t pick you, you picked me. And, now my lap is empty and so is my heart. Chloe, you were my very best friend. You walked up to my car one afternoon and introduced yourself and on that day the Lord above brought me a special gift. I will never forget you.

To the rest of the world you were just a cat, but they didn’t know how special you were.

Chloe would sit in my lap for hours at a time. All she wanted from life was to be loved and petted. She was the epitome of love and affection. There will never be another Chloe. She was one of a kind.

She died very suddenly of kidney disease. By the time she showed symptoms it was too late. So her passing could have meaning, please ask your vet to screen for this terrible disease. It is just a simple blood test. Kidney disease is a leading cause of death in cats and if caught before symptoms surface can be treated with diet.

Chloe died, Monday, January 12, 2004 at 6 p.m. at the age of nine. I had the blessing of her love and companionship for seven years. Chloe Nussbaum was great!!!

Grandma want’s to say the following:

Chloe–She was a little angel who took the “angel train” to Heaven on Monday, January 12, 2004, to be with the Lord.

To our dismay she cleaned out the creek of every chipmunk, but we forgave her.

She was looking for a home and someone to love her and pet her, a very sweet disposition. She was an unforgettable part of our lives, we will remember her always.

Grandma

And now it’s Dad’s turn – I was with you when you were released from this world to run free. You were a special cat and a “gentle soul.”

We will miss you!!

I will love you always,
Chloe
