My Beloved Esa,
I knew it was time for me to say goodbye.
Oh how I longed for just one more day.
The angels gathered near your side.
I tried to be strong but the tears would not subside.
You always gave me the strength to keep going.
I knew the next day would be my hardest morning.
It was always you and I side by side.
You were the one I turned to confide.
Even when you were sick and became not feeling well.
You took such good care of me that no one could tell.
You stayed strong and would not let go.
Although it broke my heart, I had to tell you
it is okay to do so.
My selfish thougths I had to put away.
To allow God to do it his way.
Our hearts and bond will remain forever.
Our time together I will always treasure.
Someday together it will once again be.
As always just you and me.
Until we meet again I will love you forever,
